Directions: As an antacid: effective as an antacid to alleviate heartburn, sour stomach and/or acid indigestion. Use 1/2 tsp. baking soda in 1/2 cup water every 2 hours up to a maximum of 8 dosages. Do no use if you are on a sodium restricted diet.
As a baking ingredient: Use amount required in recipe.
