How To Make Product Substitutions

Food units that permit subsitutions / deletion are clearly marked on their detail pages with "Substitutions / Deletions Allowed". Most units allow substitutions, but a few do not.

To make substitutions or deletions, follow these steps:

Step 1. Via email, send us the following information:

a) Provide the food unit item number.
b) List the item numbers you are dropping from the food unit.
c) List the item numbers and quantities you are adding to the food unit (if any).
d) Your complete shipping address.

We will email you an updated quote. We may also ask via email if you are shipping UPS or Freight. Quotes are usually valid for 7 days.

If you need additional changes on the quote, repeat Step 1 until you are satisfied.

When you are ready to order, confirm via email that you are ordering the modified unit and place your order (Step 2).

Step 2. Placing your order for the quoted updated unit:

a) Order the standard food unit through our shopping cart (SA number you started with);
b) We will make the appropriate credit card charge adjustment for your quoted unit and the substitutions requested;
c) We will send you an order confirmation confirming your order.
