9 grain cereal contains a blend of cracked hard red wheat, soft white wheat, oat groats, hulled barley, corn, millet, flax, rye and hulled barley. Directions: Cook 1/2 cup with 1 cup water simmering on low heat for 30 minutes until tender. Serve with milk and honey. May be cooked over night in crock pot by adding water and honey. Slow cook overnight. Great in breads.
