Ingredients: Whole green peas.
Directions: Best used for sprouting. May also be used in cooking. Rinse. For overnight soaking, cover each cup of peas with 3 cups water and let stand overnight or 12 hours. Rinse and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer about 1 hour. May use seasoned stock made from chicken, beef, ham or other meat. Chopped vegetables may be added if desired. Season as desired and serve.
