Buttermilk Biscuit Mix

Rainy Day Foods buttermilk biscuit mix is a delicious buttermilk biscuit mix that is as easy to make as it is delicious. A biscuit mix that only takes water is important in your food storage. You can change it up by adding freezed dried cheese and garlic granules for a scrumptious cheddar biscuit. Add dehydrated peppers, onions, or imitation bacon bits for even more variety.

Ingredients: Bleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soybean oil, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), dextrose, nonfat dry milk, salt, dried buttermilk, mono and diglycerides (emulsifier).

Contains: Wheat, dairy, and soy.

*Because of the leavening in these mixes they may begin to expand in the can. When you use the product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to mix.

*no absorber is placed in can as it can react with the leavening
