A blend of eggs, milk, shortening. A great way to add eggs to your emergency food storage. *This should not be used in raw or uncooked food recipes such as egg nog, salad dressing or ice cream. Use more for french toast, scrambled egg, or omelet.
Ingredients: Dried whole egg, non-fat milk, vegetable oil (corn/and or soybean oil) and salt.
Contains: Dairy and egg.
Directions: To reconstitute, add water gradually while blending smooth with wire whips or fork. For each egg, add 2 tbsp. of egg powder with 2 1/2 tbsp. water. To scramble, cook over low heat stirring constantly. For baking, blend with dry ingredients and add water with other liquid in recipe.
