Ingredients: Whole eggs, yolks, and dried egg whites (glucose removed for stability).
Directions: Add 2 tsp. mix to 3 tsp. water for each egg. Whisk until egg is dispersed. Do not use hot water. Refrigerate and treat any unused portion as a perishable item. Use for omelets, scrambled eggs, French toast or anywhere else you use liquid eggs.
