Dehydrated whole eggs for use in baking cookies, sweet dough, cake mixes, egg noodles or anytime there is a need for a whole egg in your recipe. A great addition for your emergency food storage or to keep on hand for your cooking and baking needs.

Shelf Life

  • Properly stored this product may last up to 5 - 10 years.
  • Store in cool dark place to maximize shelf life.
  • Bulk products should be repackaged for long term storage.

Ingredients: 100% Pasteurized whole egg solids.

Contains: Egg.

Directions: For each egg, use 2 ½ tbs. powder to 2 ½ tbs water. For baking, it is not necessary to reconstitute. Blend dried whole eggs with other ingredients and add water with other liquid in recipe. Use in cookies, sweet doughs, cake mixes, egg noodles, and any recipe calling for whole egg.
