A golden flax seed that may be eaten in seed form or milled for baking. It has great health benefits but needs to be kept cool and rotated in your food storage.
Golden flax seed may be added to dough for baking. Golden flax seed has a lighter color than regular flax seed. It is recommended you use a coffee grinder or food processor to grind as the high oil content will cause some appliances to seize up. It has a nutty - buttery flavor compared to brown flax and is high in Omega 3, 6 and 9. A great tasting addition for your emergency food storage or to keep on hand for your cooking and baking needs.

Notes on buckets: Barometric pressure (elevation) can cause buckets to dent (concave or convex). Normally this is not a problem, buckets can be reshaped by removing the lid and pushing out any dents.
