Sweet Potato Dices

Dehydrated sweet potato dices are a sweet addition to soups and casseroles. These dices are about 1/4" in diameter. Keep a supply of these in your pantry and you can enjoy your favorite sweet potato dish anytime - no special occasion required! Great to include in your long-term food storage.

Ingredients: Dehydrated sweet potato dices preserved with sodium bisulfite.

Directions: Cover 1/4 cup sweet potatoes with 3/4 cup water to reconstitute. Simmer, cooking until tender. After reconstituted may add into casseroles or pan fry. Should be refrigerated after reconstituted if not cooked immediately. May add dry into soups and stews allowing for extra liquid.
