Our powdered sugar, also known as confectioner's sugar is perfect for frostings, cheesecakes, even cookies. It is a very fine sugar that dissolves quickly. Use it as a dusting for brownies, doughnuts and breads. It is also used in candy making.

Notes on buckets: Barometric pressure (elevation) can cause buckets to dent (concave or convex). Normally this is not a problem, buckets can be reshaped by removing the lid and pushing out any dents.
