Ingredients: Cracked hard red wheat.
Directions: For cooked cereal, add 1/3 cup cracked wheat to 2/3 cup water or milk. Salt, honey or sugar may be added. Simmer until tender, about 30 minutes. May also be added to breads and rolls dough. Soak in hot water to help tenderize before adding to dough.
