Bosch Large Slicer Shredder

This great new accessory fits directly onto the mixing bowl of the Bosch Universal mixer, providing a huge batch capacity at a very economical price. It works with the current production Bosch Universal Plus mixer as well as older models, fitting any Bosch Universal bowl that has a center column.

The LS1 Slicer/Shredder processes foods as you feed them down its chute. It includes three disks: Shredding/Grating (reversible for coarse & fine), Slicing (reversible for thick & thin), and Fine Grating. It fits onto the splash ring of the mixer's main 6.5 quart mixing bowl. The Slicer/Shredder is a one-pass machine (no bottom blade), so it maintains uniform product size no matter how long you run it.

The large slicer shredder will fit on the Bosch Universal Classic as well as the Bosch Universal Plus model. The LS1 comes with two drive pieces, one for each Bosch mixer model.
