Notes on buckets: Barometric pressure (elevation) can cause buckets to dent (concave or convex). Normally this is not a problem, buckets can be reshaped by removing the lid and pushing out any dents. Product remains sealed in the inner mylar bag until opened. See Packaging Details for more information.
Processed in a plant that handles milk, wheat, egg, soy, and tree nut products
Ingredients: Low moisture apple slices, food grade calcium stearate (prevents caking), sulfur dioxide and sodium sulfite (preservative).
Directions: Preparation is easy - simply cover apples with hot water (approximately 1/2 cup apples to 3/4 cup water) and allow approximently 30 minutes for apples to soften and rehydrate.
Cooking: Bring water to boil and simmer apples until tender.
