Natural buckwheat is a seed that is closely related to the rhubarb family. This seed is gluten free and is a great substitute to those who have wheat or gluten intolerance.
Natural Buckwheat can be ground down to flour and act as a substitute for any wheat-based flour. The flour cannot be stored for a long time because it can go rancid due to the oil content. Buckwheat is very diverse food because you can do so many things with it from soups to casseroles to pancakes to cereals and more. This is a great seed to have because it is packed with nutrients and minerals that your body requires.
