Ingredients: Modified corn starch, maltodextrin (corn), enriched wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), rendered turkey fat, dried whey (derived from milk), yeast extract, soy protein, salt, sugar, xanthan gum, caramel color, disodium inosinate & disodium guanylate.

Directions: In a sauce pan blend ½ cup gravy mix to 2 cups cool tap water. Whisk mixing well with a wire whisk, continue whisking. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, serve gravy at 140F to 160F.
