Ingredients: Buttermilk solids. Naturally gluten free product.
Contains: Dairy.
Directions: For use in baking and cooking only. For every cup of buttermilk needed, add 3-4 tbsp. powder to dry ingredients and increase water in recipe. May be mixed in blender and allowed to stand overnight. Great in bread, rolls, pancakes.
