Our instant milk powder is a versatile base that can be used to make a white cream sauce, milk, and other goods. Instant milk is a great way to save money. It can be used for your baked recipes that call for milk and you will not notice the difference. Instant milk can also be used to make sour cream, evaporated milk, and hot chocolate. Instant milk can also be used as regular drinking milk. This is a need for your long term food storage!
Shelf Life
Ingredients: Grade A Pasteurized skim milk.
Contains: dairy.
Directions: Mixes instantly. Just add to the desired amount of water and stir. For one quart nonfat milk, add 3.2 oz. (91 g) (1 1/3 to 1 2/3 cups) instant nonfat dry milk to 3 3/4 cups (900 ml) of water.
For five quarts nonfat dry milk, add one lb. instant nonfat dry milk to 18 3/4 cups (4.4 L) of water. (Approximately 4.7 L).
For cream-like consistency, mix one part powder to two parts water.
*SHOULD BE STORED AT OPTIMUM CONDITIONS-60 DEGREES OR LESS.

Notes on buckets: Barometric pressure (elevation) can cause buckets to dent (concave or convex). Normally this is not a problem, buckets can be reshaped by removing the lid and pushing out any dents. Product remains sealed in the inner mylar bag until opened. See Packaging Details for more information.
