Regular rolled oats can be cooked to make cereal or used as an ingredient in cookies or cakes. Regular rolled oats have a high content of complex carbs and water-soluble fiber. Regular oats may take a little longer to cook but have a great flavor. A great staple to include in your long-term food storage.
Shelf Life
Ingredients: 100% natural regular rolled oats.
Directions: For each serving, boil 2/3 cup water and 1/8 tsp salt. Stir in 1/3 cup oats. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand 1 minute.

Notes on buckets: Barometric pressure (elevation) can cause buckets to dent (concave or convex). Normally this is not a problem, buckets can be reshaped by removing the lid and pushing out any dents. Product remains sealed in the inner mylar bag until opened. See Packaging Details for more information.
