Dehydrated sliced potatoes are a great staple to have on hand for your favorite recipes. They work great in casseroles and many other side dishes. An important vegetable to include in your long-term food storage.
Shelf Life
Ingredients: Dehydrated potatoes. Freshness preserved with sodium sulfites.
Directions: Cover desired amount of potato with hot water (1 part potato to 2 parts water). Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well and use in recipes calling for sliced potatoes.

Notes on buckets: Barometric pressure (elevation) can cause buckets to dent (concave or convex). Normally this is not a problem, buckets can be reshaped by removing the lid and pushing out any dents. Product remains sealed in the inner mylar bag until opened. See Packaging Details for more information.
