White Cream Sauce

This white cream sauce is universal in the many dishes that can be made. It makes a delicious gravy for potatoes or a unbeatable base for chowders soups. Simply add vegetable, cheese, or fish. . It also works great in casseroles. For Alfredo pastas add Parmesan cheese. For sausage gravy simply add cooked crumbled sausage. It is complete and easy and makes it essential to food storage. A must have for any food storage supply.

Ingredients: Non-dairy creamer (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, dipotassium phosphate, sugar, monodiglycerides, sodium sterol lactylate, salt, sodium, calcium alginate, artificial color & flavor, flour, cream solids, modified cornstarch, butter solids, chicken fat, hydrolyzed soy protein, sugar, spice extractive, onion powder, disodium inosinate & guanylate.

Contains: dairy, wheat, and soy.

Directions: For 4 servings, In a 2 qt pan, whisk together 1 c soup mix to 3 c water. Add any cooked or uncooked meat, cheese or vegetable. Bring to a light boil, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching. Soup is ready when ingredients are tender. For white sauce, cut the amount of water in half. For gravy, make as white sauce and add beef or chicken bouillon or meat seasoning. Great in soups and chowders.
