Directions: For 4 servings, In a 2 qt pan, whisk together 1 c soup mix to 3 c water. Add any cooked or uncooked meat, cheese or vegetable. Bring to a light boil, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching. Soup is ready when ingredients are tender. For white sauce, cut the amount of water in half. For gravy, make as white sauce and add beef or chicken bouillon or meat seasoning. Great in soups and chowders.
