Bakers flour has a higher protein content than regular all purpose flour. It's protein content is approximately 11-12%. This flour works best for making breads and rolls. It does not work as well for biscuits or pastry. A great flour to add to your emergency food storage or to keep on hand for your cooking and baking needs.

Ingredients: High protein hard red winter wheat, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin.
